Delivery conditions

The delivery time from receipt of the order at the factory depends on the order quantity, availability of raw materials, production capacity utilisation and transport.

The freight and import costs (customs clearance) can vary greatly depending on the transport route and delivery time and are estimated transparently in the quotation.

 

Ribbons

  • Standard color ribbon. 1 week*
  • Standard ribbon dyed according to Pantone: 2 weeks*.
  • Standard ribbon dyed according to Pantone and printed: 2-3 weeks
  • Customer ribbon woven, dyed and printed: 3-4 weeks, depending on order quantity and order utilisation.
  • Sampling of standard ribbons, (10 metres free of charge, incl. shipping costs): 3 weeks by DHL/Fedex

 

Finished bows

  • Finished bows woven, dyed, printed as well as buttoned, tied or sewn with customised closure system: 3-4 weeks, depending on order quantity and order order utilisation.
  • Sampling of standard finished bows (3 pieces free of charge, incl. shipping costs): 3 weeks by DHL/Fedex

 

Decorative articles and filling articles

  • Standard articles: 6-8 weeks resp. 12-14 weeks by consolidated container (preferred mode of transport), depending on raw material and production country
  • Customer articles: 6-8 weeks resp. 12-14 weeks by consolidated container (preferred mode of transport), depending on raw material and country of production.
  • Sampling (1 piece free of charge, shipping costs will be charged): 3-4 weeks

 

Papers

  • Customer papers: 6-8 weeks resp. 12-14 weeks by consolidated container (preferred mode of transport), depending on country of production.
